Leadership Via Design is an industry leader in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, and Transformational Coaching. Instructional Design

 Instructional design is the practice by which organizational knowledge, cultural inputs, and specific organizational or departmental processes are broken down into meaningful and tangible learning and then transferred to learners through in-seat, online, or blended courses or programs. We continually test our design through meaningful, data driven assessments. In addition to leadership programs, onboarding practices or workshop development, we also document software and provide training, as well. Typically in addition to the actual curriculum itself, the ID must know how to use different types of technologies to transfer the knowledge. Technically, we are knowledgeable about various types of course management software (i.e Blackboard, WebCT, Angel, Moodle, etc.) and various instructional software (i.e Articulate Suite, Storyline, Captivate, Lectora, etc.) We are knowledgeable and have experience in html and css.

We have worked extensively with TurningPoint, Respondus, Panopto, Turnitin, HTML, Microsoft FrontPage/Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, and Camtasia.

Organizational Development

Organizational development is the process by which business practices, culture, and efficiencies are specifically and strategically planned and developed. We know that we cannot develop effective learning programs unless we first analyze the organizational system as a whole. We provide our targeted learning based on what is happening in your organizational system, and then we use that knowledge of instructional design and organizational development to produce timely and engaging learning courses and learning programs. Our ultimate goal is to make you successful through our learning programs.

Transformational Coaching

Coaching is a process by which an expert is hired to help individuals develop an Action Plan or Leadership Development Plan to actualize a specific goal or set of goals. Personal coaches work with individuals to develop new habits, get jobs, and make progressive life changes. Business coaches provide individual training and group training to small or large groups. Business coaches also provide leadership development and organizational development. Executive coaching can be done one on one or in small groups or online. However, we prefer a personalized approach to identify areas that need attention and then develop a plan for improving in these areas. We are coaches. We provide one-on-one and group support to help you and your business grow.
